Privacy policy.

Kesav Press turns recorded shiurim into written text: parsha sheets and seforim. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and who else sees it. Questions go to info@kesavpress.com.

This website

Forms. When you send the pricing form or ask for access, what you type (your name, email address, organization, links to your recordings and your message) is emailed to us so we can answer. The website does not keep it.

Spam protection. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending them. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that check.

Visitor counts. We count page views without cookies. For each view we keep the page, the website you came from (its name only), your country, and a code made from your connection and browser that changes every day. We do not keep your IP address, and the code cannot follow you from one day to the next.

The Kesav Press app

Signing in. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code, handled by Cloudflare Access. We keep your email address and the organizations you belong to. Two cookies keep you signed in and remember which organization you were working in.

Your work. We store what your organization puts into Kesav Press: recordings while they are transcribed, the transcripts, the written text made from them, notes and edits, book settings, and the files in your organization's library. A recording is deleted once its transcript is made; the transcript is kept. Only members of your organization can see its work, and Kesav Press's administrators when they need to, to run the service or help you.

Your service accounts. Transcription is done by Sofer.ai, and writing and editing by Anthropic (Claude), each on your organization's own account and key. We send them the recording or text needed for each job, and nothing else. Your keys are encrypted before they are stored, and no screen shows them back. Their use of what we send is governed by your agreements with them.

Email. We email you when something you started is ready, when a voice card waits for you, or when you are given access.

Google Drive

If you choose recordings from Google Drive, you sign in with Google and allow Kesav Press to see only the files you pick (Google's drive.file permission), not the rest of your Drive. Your browser downloads the files you picked and uploads them to Kesav Press like any other recording. We do not keep your Google sign-in, and we do not read, change or delete anything else in your Drive.

Kesav Press's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use it only to transcribe the recordings you chose. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and no person reads it except to give you support you ask for.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, show advertising, or use tracking cookies. We do not use your recordings or texts to train AI models.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Kesav Press runs on Cloudflare, which stores its data. We keep your organization's work until your organization deletes it, or until you ask us to. To have your account or your organization's data removed, write to info@kesavpress.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its date.
